N°2 Maize feed flour is obtained from blending of sieved flour and crushed brans.
This is a feed , with rather fine granulation (100 % of particules < 1000 µm), made of :
- glucides
- proteins rich in essential amino-acids
- fibers
CHAMPAGNE MAÏS offers two types of N°2 flours :
- a native flour, with high moisture content, for an immediate processing into cattle feed
- a pelletized flour ( 6 mm diameter pellets) with better density due to its dryness, for a 2 months best before.
