Maize oils : virgin or raw oil |

They are strictly secured from cooked maize germs, through a mechanical process, excluding any solvant usage.
Maize oil is characterised by a low acidity (below 1%), a high content of E vitamin, tocopherols (natural anti-oxydant) and Omega 6 essential fatty acids.
This oil is to be used for frying as well as seasonning .

CHAMPAGNE MAÏS offers two different oil types:
- a virgin maize oil, first pression, with a strong and long taste, light colour, usable for cooking of chicken and white meats, fishes and seafoods, young vegetables and also in addition to other oils..
- a raw maize oil, to be further refined by international oil groups, processing bottled maize oil and margarine.
